Trainee Administration Officer
Salary Range: $16,193.19 - $33,122.77 per annum
We are seeking an ethusiastic and driven candidate looking to obtain a Certificate III in Business Administration whilst working as part of a high performing team!
The key duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:-
- Develop proficient use of a broad range of Council computer applications and technologies to be able to perform tasks.
- Performing word processing duties for section and branch.
- Assisting with general administrative duties.
- Maintaining and up keeping of Council records.
- Liaising with the general public and Council customers.
- Liaising with Council Officers about customer enquiries, requests and complaints.
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Grade 10 or 12 Certificate or suitable qualifications relevant to secretarial and clerical work.
- Proficient keyboard typing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to display tact, integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
- emonstrated ability and commitment to being a Team Member that supports, motivates and participates in team discussions to achieve the section, branch and corporate goals.
- Ability to communicate with Council officers and general public.
