Salary: $57,398.50 per annum

Location: Martyn Street Depot, 158A Martyn Street, Manunda

Primary Objectives of the position:-

  • As a Trade Qualified Painter, undertake as directed by the Building Services Supervisor and/or Team Leader Building Maintenance, repairs and maintenance of Council's facilities in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards and the service standards set by Infrastructure Services.

To be successful in this role you must have:- 

  • Current QBCC Licence in Painting and Decorating or Trade Certificate.
  • Working at Heights Certificate.
  • Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
  • Trade qualified Painter with extensive trade experience.
  • Broad knowledge of painting products, materials and application techniques.
  • Ability to effectively quote on works as required.
  • Physically able to receive training and accreditation for entry into confined spaces.
