Administration & Project Support Officer
Temporary Fixed Term Position until 30 June 2021
Reference Number: 12920 Salary Range: $58,536.24 - $63,618.54 pro-rata per annum Location: Spence Street Close Date: Tuesday, 27 August 2019
The primary objective of the position is to provide administrative support to the Strategic Planning & Approvals Branch based on established routines / methods / standards and procedures.
To be successful you will require:
- Secondary education to at least Grade 12.
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar course completion.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- Administrative skills necessary to effectively and efficiently carry out the duties and responsibilities outlined in this position description.
- Computer experience particularly in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- High level of skill in word processing/typing.
- Ability to relate well to other staff and to members of the public.
- Ability to follow instructions and a willingness to accept and carry out delegated tasks.
- Sound written and oral communication skills.
