Primary objectives of the Precinct Ganger are:-

• To ensure the precinct is maintained as efficiently and effectively as possible within given budgetary constraints.
• Organise and direct field operations for the precinct.
• Undertake precinct maintenance inspections.

To be successful in this role, you will require:-

• Current MR Class Licence.
• White Card (General Safety Construction).
• Traffic Management Level 2 or experience in equivalent standards.
• Knowledge of and practical experience in the safe use of specialist mobile equipment such as mowers, blowers, chainsaws, pole saws, hedgers, edges, aerators, etc.
• Demonstrated effective people management skills specifically in the areas of dealing with staff supervision, leadership, motivation and team building with an emphasis on open communications.
