Salary Range: $79,837.86 - $91,465.95 per annum

Primary Objective of the position:
- Develop one, three, and 10-year renewal programs for road assets. Road assets include surface treatments, pavement rehabilitation and kerb & channel works.
- Prepare, implement and review Council’s Asset Management Plans for road assets.
- Undertake asset revaluations and condition assessments for road assets.
- Provide internal and external advice in relation to road assets, and respond to customers in relation to road queries.
- Represent the asset owner in the specification and monitoring of the renewal program.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Current Queensland Driver’s Licence (Class C).
- Appropriate qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of road asset programs.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Good level of skill in the use of relevant software packages.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the development and implementation of asset management plans and systems.
- High level of skill in the use of relevant software packages.
