Capital Works Project Officer WS3075
Salary Range: $73,192.58 - $78,176.92 per annum

Primary Objective of the position:
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of facility related capital projects and to develop and ensure appropriate levels of service, project delivery, fiscal probity and accountability.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Building Services Engineering / Maintenance Management / Project Administration related fields or significant relevant industry experience.
- "C" Class drivers licence.
- Demonstrated experience in building industry construction and maintenance activities.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and all associated processes.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, planning and coordination skills with demonstrated ability to compile and present technical reports.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft software suites including MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
