Salary Range: $67,117 to $71,688 per annum

Primary Objectives:
The City Safe Officer is required to:
- To oversee CitySafe program and related services and to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate crime prevention and community safety responses to identified needs.
- To work collaboratively with Local Laws Officers to develop an integrated approach to crime prevention and community safety.
- To develop and sustain strategic partnerships and networks with agencies including but not limited to Qld Police, Liquor Licensing, Fair Trading and Qld Health that enable and enhance CitySafe program development.
- Oversee and provide leadership to contracted security staff to ensure that desired productivity levels are achieved and a strong customer focus is maintained.
To be eligible for this position you must have the following qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications and or extensive experience in community crime prevention or related field.
- Current Drivers Licence
