Primary Objectives of the position:-
- The Senior Construction Supervisor works primary objective is to deliver quality construction projects in an efficient, effective and timely manner within time and budgetary constraints.
- To undertake projects at the request of the Construction Engineer / Coordinator in an effective and efficient manner.
- To continuously improve the effectiveness of the construction teams by investigating new projects and processes.
To be successful in this role you must have:-
- Current Queensland Driver’s Licence (Class C).
- Carpentry and Joinery Trade qualifications.
- Substantial carpentry, bridge building and associated construction supervisory experience gained in a similar position.
- Good computing skills. (Ability to use the Microsoft suite or programs, RRS, DM10 and Matman).
- Demonstrated skills and proven success in the delivery of efficient and timely quality carpentry and building maintenance and/or construction project services including concrete works and bridge works.
