Primary Objective of the position:
- Ensure your area of responsibility is maintained as efficiently and effectively as possible within given budgetary constraints.
- Organise and direct field operations for the crew.
- Undertake maintenance inspections.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Secondary education to Year 10 with good writing and communication skills and an understanding of basic mathematics.
- Substantial civil works maintenance experience gained in a similar position.
- Level 2 Traffic Management.
- Current Queensland Driver’s Licence (LR).
- Demonstrated skills and proven success in the delivery of efficient, effective and timely civil works maintenance services.
- Developed organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organise and coordinate a number of tasks at the same time.
