Client Services Librarian

Part-Time Permanent - 25 Hours Per Week

Salary Range: $71,757.43 - $76,644.04 pro rata per annum
Location: City Library / Various Libraries

We are currently seeking a highly engaged and suitably qualified Client Services Librarian to join our team now!

Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, the primary objectives of the position are to:

  • Support the Client Services Team Leader to ensure a consistently high standard of library services and resources are provided to the community.
  • Undertake various strategic planning and strategic operational projects for the Client Service Team Leader.
  • Support the delivery of customer focus library services and collections to the community.

Qualifications / Licence Required: 

  • Eligible for professional (Associate) membership – AALIA of ALIA.
  • ALIA accredited undergraduate (Bachelor) degree in library and information studies; or
  • First degree in any discipline AND an ALIA recognised post-graduate (graduate diploma or masters) course.
  • Current Qld Drivers Licence

Selection Criteria Essential: Do you have an Undergraduate / Grad Diploma/ Post Grad Diploma in Librarianship or Information?
Essential: Do you have a current and valid C Class Drivers' Licence or above?
