Salary Range: $63,648 - $74,767 per annum

Primary objectives of the position:
- To provide superior customer support, through cohesive, skilled financial and administration services to the organisation, through the supervision of the Business Administration Team.
- To plan and schedule its workload, ensuring its team members develop and maintain a high level of financial and administrative knowledge.
- To contribute in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, staff development and exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role you must have:-
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and supervisory skills and experience in dealing with and diffusing conflicts.
- Demonstrated high level experience and capabilities in an administrative and/or customer service environment.
- Demonstrated high level administration experience and well developed interpersonal skills.
