Trainee Administration Officer   WS725

12 Month Traineeship

Qualification Attained: Certification III in Business

Salary Range: $13,124.48 - $34,275.51 per annum (Level on appointment will be dependent on age, level of schooling and number of year since leaving school)

Eligibility: This position is partially funded by the Department of Employment, Small Business & Training as part of the “First Start Program”.

Primary Objective of the position:-

  • To obtain Certificate III Business qualification.
  • To provide administrative service / support to the Facilities Management Unit.

To be successful in this role you must have:- 

  • Grade 10 or 12 Certificate or suitable qualifications relevant to secretarial and clerical work.
  • Sound level of literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Proficient keyboard typing skills.
