Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has expertise in change analysis and management within an Information Technology project context.
• Has expertise in using a variety of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Has expertise in creating training packages and materials and coordinating training logistics.
• Has the ability to engage and influence stakeholders and manage effective relationships.
• Has the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• Has tertiary qualification or relevant professional qualifications in Business, Change Management, Business Analysis.
• Has demonstrated experience (5+ years) as a change analyst or similar role

Your Team:

To support the delivery of an ERP solution at Cairns Regional Council, an opportunity has arisen for a Change Analyst to join our TechnologyOne Business Improvement (TOBI) Program. This program is responsible for the delivery of the business-driven ERP program that will deliver efficiencies to the entire organisation over the life of the program.

The Change Analyst will join a team of Business Analysts, Business Leads and a Communication and Training Developer within the Business Engagement team. The team is currently working with the business to deliver Enterprise Asset Management and Enterprise Content Management.
