Capital Works Project Officer (12 Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Reference Number: 12945 Salary Range: $71,757.43 - $76,644.04 pro-rata per annum Location: Martyn Street Depot Closing: Sunday 1st September 2019

Primary objectives of the position: To assist in the coordination and delivery of facility related capital projects and to develop and ensure appropriate levels of service, project delivery, fiscal probity and accountability.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Building Services Engineering / Maintenance Management / Project Administration related fields or significant relevant industry experience.
- "C" Class drivers licence.
- Demonstrated experience in building industry construction and maintenance activities.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and all associated processes.
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills, planning and coordination skills with demonstrated ability to compile and present technical reports
