Primary objectives of the position:

• As an Irrigation Plumber, operate as directed by the Team Leader Irrigation Services in maintaining all aspects of Council’s irrigation systems across multiple locations as required.
• Provide an outstanding level of customer service to internal and external customers in accordance with the service standards set by Cairns Works.

To be eligible for this position you must have the follow qualifications:

• Licensed Plumber / Drainer.
• Current Backflow Endorsement OR able to demonstrate the ability to acquire.
• Current C class Drivers Licence.
• Previous experience in Plumbing / Irrigation.
• Sound knowledge of and practical experience in the use of computers, smartphones, tablet devices etc and associated programs.
