Position Status: Full-Time Fixed-Term Contract to February 2023

Salary: $58,536.24 - $81,529.17 pro-rata per annum

In this role you will undertake project work under RPEQ supervision to develop your skills as a project manager undertaking a diverse range of projects.

The role offers formal and informal training and support to assist you to progress to becoming a registered professional engineer of Queensland.    

If you are a graduate engineer that enjoys a real challenge and have a strong interest in delivering projects for the local community then this is the role for you.

To be successful in this role you must have:- 

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia or other relevant tertiary qualification
  • Demonstrated understanding of the principles of project management
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and build strong working relationships
  • Knowledge of current legislation, standards and processes relating to civil engineering and public works
  • Current class C drivers licence
  • Proficient with information systems such as MSWord, MSExcel and MSProject
