Apprentice Fitter
(2x Positions - Fixed-Term up to 4 years)

Salary Range: $25,788.29 - $57,952.11 per annum

Junior Rates as applicable.
Adult rates will be a percentage of Trade Rate – C7 as follows:
1^st Year           75%
2^nd Year           80%
3^rd Year           84%
4^th Year           90%

Location: Magazine Street Depot

Primary objectives of the position: To become a qualified fitter and assist in the repair and service of Council's Water & Waste Assets.

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Schooling up to Year 10
• Work experience in a similar environment
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work as a member of a team
