Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has expertise in areas of Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Scope/Backlog Management, Defining User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
• Has demonstrated experience working in a cross functional Agile delivery team environment.
• Proven ability to communicate, negotiate and influence with all levels within an organisation.
• Applied knowledge of Project Management applications including (but limited to) Jira, Confluence, Slack, MS Project, Visio, Excel
• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) as a Senior IT Business Analyst.

Your Team:

To support the delivery of an ERP solution at Cairns Regional Council, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Analyst to join our TechnologyOne Business Improvement (TOBI) Program. This program is responsible for the delivery of the business-driven ERP program that will deliver efficiencies to the entire organisation over the life of the program.

The Senior Business Analyst position will join a team of Business Analysts, Business Leads, Change Analysts and a Communication and Training Developer within the Business Engagement team. The team is currently working with the business to deliver Enterprise Asset Management and Enterprise Content Management.
