Salary Range: $69,897.21 - $74,881.26 per annum

In this role you will enjoy providing administrative support for insurance, customer complaints, legislative compliance and other governance processes.

You will liaise and build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

With a solid background in providing high level administrative support you are a supportive team player with a strong solution focus and enjoy developing, implementing and improving on processes, systems and procedures to achieve a highly functioning, productive and customer responsive support service.

You are renowned for your exceptional organisational skills, computer proficiency and close attention to detail

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or customer focused administration role.
  • Current driver’s licence.
  • Proficient keyboard typing skills with a minimum of 60 words per minute with 98% accuracy.
  • Strong experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability in the timely preparation and presentation of reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to follow instructions and a willingness to accept and carry out delegated tasks.
  • A demonstrated high standard of oral, written and telephone communication skills and personal presentation.
  • Strong customer service focus, with an ability to relate well to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of the services provided by all sections of Council and the role of Local Government.
